It looks as though it was fresh off Ulta’s shelf, including the usual wear-and-tear. The eyeshadows were untouched, the mirror still has the plastic cover on, it came with the eyeshadow tutorial paper, and it still smells like chocolate! It’s absolutely gorgeous. The pricing is very fairy/it’s as though I went through Ulta themselves to purchase it. Thank you so much, seller!!

The seller bubble wrapped it but usps is just rough on packages. Not sellers fault! Item as described, new in box. Price was what I remember paying years ago for this palette so very pleasantly surprised with that. Quality is there, BH brand is great and Carli is my fave so I’m happy with my purchase and overall it looked fine. One little damage spot that I fixed. Seller is pretty perfect I highly recommend!!
