If it isn't that will be a separate problem and a separate review. Other than that console seems in decent shape, it works fine enough after about 7 hours of use. Also wasn't cleaned well if at all. I don't wanna leave a negative review but I would absolutely advise you keep an eye on the products these guys sell, it may be a little less than you bargained for.
