- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseNew suction cup for my magnetic TomTom mount for 520 sat-nav. It was a little tricky to fit but perseverance is key. Once it clicks it all becomes simple. As a previous review says, practice with the old part so as you know how it works. Good value for £15 and saves buying the whole thing at £40 from anywhere else. No more sat-nav sliding across the dashboard! Fast delivery, free postage and good packaging. Recommended. Thank you.
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThis is a good purchase, and it works well with the mount for my slightly older TomTom Go 5100, which has a different mount and smaller ball size than the more modern ones. It's a bit tricky to fit - the trick is to cut off the old suction pad, take careful note of the orientation of the parts, then unscrew three screws to remove the exposed inner ring. Then you can practise with the old part before using the new one. The company does offer a fitting service if you're not confident.

I had Emails to confirm order received, That I understood it was a service only not a replacement part and where to send my Sat Nav. Then an Email to say it had been received, again when repair completed and posted. I had packed out my socket on the mount with tin foil to stop it slipping. I was suprised to find when the machine arrived back, the plastic shim inside the socket had been replaced as well.as a new USB. No more slipping machine.
