      This receiver was not new in the box and never used. It has been used before and the receiver does not work properly. After I exhausted all of the options working through Yamaha Tech Support they have classified the receiver as Defective. The probelm with the receiver is that the HDMI-ARC does not work. It should come on when the TV is turned on and play sound through the suround sound speakers. I would not buy anything further from this seller as he does not describe his product correctly.
