- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe supplier doesn't supply fitting instructions (which they state) and I found this tricky to fit. Remove the three screws under the sucker. The new sucker slots into the middle ring (aligning the tabs in the slots) and you then screw this assembly onto the centre boss in the knurled ring. Push the centre of the sucker to screw it right down. The screw holes should align with the threads. Replace the screws. You should be able to turn the ring without the sucker coming out. If not try again!
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseArrived when advised. Thanks. Original quality. Loosen screws behind old sucker.keep them inplace. Discard old sucker centre. Note orientation of large and small tabs. Hold mount stem with ear on knurlled ring at 10 oclock, viewed from front. Align new sucker ears near horizontal. Push centre and rotate. It should click in place.?Tighten screws up.You can do it....!
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe purchase of the suction cup was a little speculative in that would I be able to fit it! Thanks to the efforts of pervious reviewers I was able to follow their fitting guidance and I now have a fully functional TomTom Go dock. The suction cup was exactly as described and indistinguishable to my eye from the original. Once fitted it works brilliantly.
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI sent my TomTom Go 5100 for a new usb socket. I had Emails to confirm order received, That I understood it was a service only not a replacement part and where to send my Sat Nav. Then an Email to say it had been received, again when repair completed and posted. I had packed out my socket on the mount with tin foil to stop it slipping. I was suprised to find when the machine arrived back, the plastic shim inside the socket had been replaced as well.as a new USB. No more slipping machine.
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseItem fine, as described. Seller fine, order dealt with quickly and sent to GSP / Pitney Bowes Ebay's Global Shipping Programme - mediocre processing time for posting to France, but arrived safely.
