      The seller did not send the iPad in a box. They simply bubble wrapped it causing the iPad to shatter during shipment. When I contacted the seller they were rude, defensive and very nasty with me. I asked to return the damaged item since it was damaged during shipment due to poor packaging and they refused. I got several rude and nasty messages before they opened a claim. Thanks to eBay I was able to send it back after the seller themselves opened a case against me for wanting to return the item.
