Handful of utensil scratches , seen with magnifying glass. When the platter was tilted and the light hit it a certain way, there was a slight indentation in one spot, maybe two on the inner gold stripe, not damage, a production flaw. Hard to see unless you know it’s there. Was probably originally sold as a second. Still a solid piece.
