I purchased this Dewalt 10 days ago, and tracking shows that the item had NOT been shipped. valcor3476 is ghosting me and won't respond to tracking and ETA inquiries. valcor3476 stated that the ratchet was sent and I should receive it "soon"--that was days and days ago. They are so condescending and lacking of integrity. I now have to get Ebay to take action. I would avoid this seller as I would Covid-19!
