- d***h (6523)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseExtremely poor packaging. A very heavy electronic instrument was shipped in a box only slightly larger. Padding was completely inadaquate; cables and plugs of all kinds were left directly on the unit, leading to dents and numerous scratches. One corner of the unit was damaged. I disgraceful lack of respect towards me, the purchaser, as well as towards the item itself, an originally very expensive charging unit made in the United States.Reply from: geneticks- Feedback replied by seller geneticks.- Feedback replied by seller geneticks.We try to package items carefully to keep customers happy and meet insurance guidelines. International shipping can be harsh. This must have taken a huge hit, the metal claimed to be dented is very thick. We packaged in a new box and should have had 1" of padding on each side. In general we try to package cables so they cannot scratch the item they are packaged with. If we made a mistake we apologize. We ALWAYS address problems with orders if given a chance prior to leaving feedback.
