    Item listed as 'Opened – Never Used' but arrived dirty and clearly used, with worn mouse feet and grime. Also late (outside of listing time of delivery). Description was misleading. Seller refused reasonable partial refund. Also rapported me to ebay for threats that did not happen. Disappointed. I should have thrusted my gut regarding buying from seller with fresh account. Hate to be leaving negative feedback but being honest person I trust that it is the only way to deal with this situation.

    I thoroughly inspected the item before shipping and confirmed it was “opened – never used.” Any minor dust was due to storage and does not indicate prior use. I own multiple mice and never had any reason to use this one — it was kept untouched since purchase. The buyer immediately demanded a partial refund upon receiving the item — a clear example of unreasonable and manipulative behavior. I refused this unjustified claim.
