    The item listed for sale was inadvertently designated as a powered locomotive. The box was labeled as such. The locomotive when received is a “ dummy” unit. These mistakes can happen to any seller. Once I brought this information to the attention of the seller he quickly, and I must say very generously, offered two ways to make things right. I was very pleased to keep the item plus a generous partial refund. I would recommend this seller to anyone interested in model railroad equipment.👍🏼x5
