    I offer to refund this customer her money and to pay for the return then I heard nothing from her I just need her to respond. and I disagree that this item was damaged. when shipped I put the item in a 8x8x8 box with packing then I placed it into a 12x12 x12 box with packing if it was damaged I would have told in the dicscription
