    In June 2025, I purchased a modem from a seller on eBay. In July 2025, I contacted Comcast Business to set up the router, assuming that it would require configuration on their end. During the call, I was informed that the modem I had purchased from the seller was the property of Comcast and could not be used. Since Comcast is the sole owner of this equipment, neither the seller nor eBay has the right to sell, transfer, or manage this property without Comcast's consent. As a result, I am filing a
