Purchased video card that stated 4GB but received 2GB version. They issued a partial refund but didn't correct their auction title. I went back to this same auction and asked "Is this for a 2GB card or a 4GB card" and they stated "2GB", but again they did not correct title of auction. They are clearly ensuring a sale and attempting to rectify it later by doing partial refunds.
