    11-12-25. I finally received this promo after two plus weeks. I don’t understand why eBay insists on shippers to use the USPS. SD and ND and Ok USPS are so antiquated with this shipment. Oklahoma gets stranded in OKC facilities. This promo passed thru my postoffice two times before finally being delivered today. The shipper had the correct address. Think it passed thru 7 post offices. It was packed very good and boxed adequately. It was in excellent condition. Thank You for a near perfect
