Fans of the television series know the occupation lives up to its "deadliest" moniker, and some of the game's challenges involve keeping the ship and its crew safe in the adversarial conditions of the Alaskan seas.<br> <br>Deadliest Catch: Alaskan Storm incorporates video clips featuring Sig Hansen, captain of the <i>Northwestern</i>, who is prominently featured in the television series. Hansen serves as a technical advisor for the TV show, and also serves as a main advisor to the game's development; his signature appears on the initial release retail box.
