The inside tags were still attached but the back of the jacked had sharp creases in it that did not occur by wearing it once. I will also need to have it alterd because the sleeves are for a TALL size. These costs to me inpact the price I paid. You purchased it on Saturday, May 24 too late for me to ship. Monday the 27th was Memorial Day so P.O. was closed. I shipped it on Tuesday and you received it promptly on Thursday. I know the jacket and there were no sharp creases. The back photo shows some wrinkles. I listed all the measurements for this jacket including the sleeve so buyers can determine if an item will fit them, not just based on the size. In this case a 16, but not a tall.
