      Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to make things right. One spark plug was broken in shipping and they shipped a replacement the next day. Later, I discovered a batch of fake plugs in my order. When I alerted them, they responded right away, followed up with their supplier, and issued a refund immediately. The fakes are getting harder to distinguish from the real ones! Would definitely do business with them again. A+
