A few days after payment, there was no tracking update, so I messaged the seller and received no reply. I messaged again and the seller replied “shipped today” on Feb 6 – one week after the postage was printed. It was a new pair of shoes that I sold as used because they were tried on one time. It was mailed inside its original box and then I paid extra shipping to mail it in a priority box. So it was double boxed. There is no way the product was damaged. She is mad because I was a little slow in sending but no need to take to take it to another level and say it was damaged.
