She put in a tracking number but on the page it said "Awaiting item" still on the 4th, so all she did was print a shipping label and not ship the item because they would have marked it received then shipped. She lied claiming they just didn't scan the item and it was out of her control. She would have a receipt for the item but when I asked she ignored me. Terrible experience. Beware.
