    Laptop arrived...but with notice attached explaining "Faulty Keyboard" and sure enough it doesn't work!! I can't remember seeing if this was explained when I punched this?? Because it was at short notice and quite urgent and I don't need anyone to try to understand but life is a little stressful and unsettling for me at the moment and it would never occur to me to SELL anything faulty!! So I don't appreciate or need this at the moment!!

    Sorry to hear about your issue. The laptop was tested before sending out and was all working fine. The paper you've taken a photo of is related to a completely different laptop that I bought for parts. Please raise a return and sent the laptop back and I will give you a refund.
