Good communication from seller, after confirmation of sale, they sent an email detailing the timeline for when they would send everything out. Was shipped within 7 days and arrived in good condition. Packaged in box, this bag didn't come with the dust bag but they put the purse in a breathable bag in the package. Good experience overall and great value for the bag.
