The packing was sub-par for the worth of the product ($46.77) and do to the frail nature of cardstock it need way more packing, not only that do to the size of this bubble mailer it would bounce around inside so that might be the cause. If the damage was before then it needed a separate listing showing such damage. I know stuff happens so I'm giving this a neutral rating. I'm disappointed.
