The seller apologized for the inconvenience and sent me another one as quickly as possible. I had it installed and it looked great. It worked just as it should. Unfortunately the throttle shaft is not made to be able to use on either side so I drilled it so I could put the throttle shaft on other side so I could use it on my case vac. Also I had to drill the hole larger so I could use an old throttle shaft off my tractor. Remains to see how it works.
