    The seller listed an item they did not actually have in stock. When I purchased it, they told me they no longer had the item and insisted that I cancel the order myself. I made it clear that if they didn’t have the item, they should be the ones to cancel. The seller refused, so I contacted eBay support, who confirmed the seller was responsible. Only after eBay opened a dispute did the seller finally cancel the order and issue a refund. Not to be trusted
