On taking them to a retailer I was informed they were fake items. Seller refused to acknowledge any of that even with photographic evidence, because I only discovered the damage a few days after they were delivered. I was polite in my messages, haven’t made accusations, only stated that you’ve had the delivery nearly 3 WEEKS ago so I can’t guarantee they were the ones that were sent. Also advised you I have proof of how they were sent (also listing shows them open and were not dried nor snapped). Extremely disappointed in this false claim being a private seller. I cannot take responsibility for how the item is handled after delivery. You’ve also had a full refund.
