They had sent to my address which the delivery company strangely could not find !! I’ve stayed here for 18 years and never had this problem!! RTG unable to help I couldn’t find out where the parcel was going the deliver company wouldn’t help as they said it was the suppliers problem round and round in circles !! Never use them again they don’t seem interested !! Or use Amazon shipping !
