Selling defective item and refused to respond to the messages, and only responded once after 30 days just to tell me that I can no longer return the item because it's out of returning window. I was trying to contact him before returning and once he responded it's exactly 31 days. I sent him pictures, and videos, all the proofs that the mp3 player truly has problems but he ignored as he already knew all along it's defective.
