    What can I say, I have been on Ebay nearly 20 years and I have never met a company that was so helpful. This companies Customer Service was next level!! I had problems trying to install a printer and a driver was missing. I'm not computer savvy and I told the company that I bought the computer from. They told me that if I let them access my computer they would sort everything out. Within 10 minutes everything was sorted at no cost!! They are now my go to company for all matters computer

    Got exactly what I wanted. I also asked for a numpad in a note to the seller, and they kindly told me that the laptop would come with that, and it sure did! Wonderful customer service, and I would absolutely buy from this seller again. Side note: The laptop they gave is a Stone laptop, which i've never heard of before but seems to be a reputable company as described.
