Fed ex handled it so roughly that it punctured a hole in the side of the box & the ENTIRE BASE OF A METAL BIRD was completely cracked off of a metal leg! This could only be possible if fed ex ignored the arrows indicating box upright & launched/dropped with the FORCE OF A SLEDGE HAMMER! The box was not "broken open", it was punctured in one small hole in side.
