    Replaced o rings as instructed but it did not fix the leaking. Went ahead and replaced the cartridge and it worked perfectly.

    You purchased the kit without the duckvalve. If water leaks from the upper supply group, a new duckvalve is required. A new duckvalve also gives the flushes extra power. We recommend all DIY'ers to purchase the kit with the duckvalve. The choice between the two kits are generally provided for the selection of professional plumbers etc. We wish you would have reached out to us earlier.
