Synopsis
Indian, European, and African women of seventeenth and eighteenth-century America were defenders of their native land, pioneers on the frontier, willing immigrants, and courageous slaves. They were also - as traditional scholarship tends to omit - as important as men in shaping American culture and history. This remarkable work is a gripping portrait that gives early-American women their proper place in history.

- u***s (30)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI purchased this on September 16. It said that it would be here by September 26. I never got a tracking number nor was my package ever sent out. I left the seller three messages without ever getting one back. I had to have the eBay support contact them and have them issue a refund because they pretty much took my money without giving me anything in return so that in itself is theft, they finally refunded me my money after eBay had to step in. If I could give zero stars, I sure would do it.
