When eBay's website threw up ridiculous errors, they set up a special sale item to our needs so we could bypass eBay's glitch and order. Then their delivery companies lost half of our order and Swan Street Sales agreed to re-cut and send a replacement without hesitation. Great to deal with a company that understands customer service.
