I informed the seller, who told me to bend it back with pliers instead of apologizing. I never asked for a refund or return, only acknowledgment. The damage means the GPU is likely beyond repair. Poor packaging caused this, as force strong enough to bend the bracket can also tear pads under the GPU or RAM. HE ADMITS HE DIDN’T ASK FOR REFUND.
