      I refunded you exactly what Ebay allowed me to when you started you claim with them. They sent the information to me and I approved the refund that was available to be approved from them. Mistakes can happen I have been selling for many years I would never send an incorrect part to someone on purpose. I would recommend reaching out to the seller when ever there is an issue with a purchase which you didn't do in this case.
