Unfortunately, the FEDEX carrier either placed a very heavy item on top of the box crushing the top of the box about 2 inches or dropped it. It arrived at my front door on it's side! Had it not been for careful packaging by the seller the damage was only limited to the flip up plastic manual paper insert shelf coming loose on one side and I had no trouble snapping it back in place.
