Shipping cost is ridiculous in comparison to the shipping service seller selected to provide - size of package , weight, and speed of delivery should be 7.00 to 8,00. If you charge customers a flat rate for shipping that high, it should reflect your choice in how you ship. Still waiting for it to ship a week later, do better.
