Although seller created the problem by selling an item which should not have been sold in the first place, he does not accept returns. Nice. I guess the philosophy is: let's put the burden on the buyer to see if they will take the time necessary to work through the return process with eBay. You have to follow EBAY POLICY when an item is Guaranteed by Ebay and you have a problem. We pay a lot of Ebay fees and Ebay handles the funds as we all know. Very high fees.
