When brought up I got a message saying “it was listed for parts”. I will say the item was shipped extremely well, with more than enough padding. The 3DS listed was never specified as being fully tested. I only mentioned the the things I found to help a perspective buyer know what functionality was seen. No major detail was left out when I did not know there was a broken button. Again, it was sold as is for parts or repair. If you want a fully tested and working 3DS, maybe try to buy one that is described and listed as that...
