    We are sorry for your experience. But, as we explained in our initial response to you, at the time of posting that listing, there was a system wide glitch with EBay. Our listing was accidentally posted under 'auction' and not the 'buy it now'. The auction selling feature is something we never use. Even though we caught the error and reported it to EBay, they could not reverse the error that resulted in your extremely low bid. It costs us approximately $50 to have a collector card appraised.
