When I made an honest mistake placing an order for the wrong size, I contacted him hoping to do a return/exchange for the proper size. This seller refused to accept a return although his page specifically said items could be returned within 30 days as did my order detail page. His only suggestion was that I give away the incorrect sized item & reorder another to replace it. That is a totally unacceptable resolution to the issue.
