You can plainly see the broken, damaged wires in the after photo's. To make things worse, they told me I did not know what I was talking about and that it was still serviceable! They never offered any compensation either! Be aware of this seller!!!!!!!!!!

I contacted him and he claimed that it was normal for a battery to completely discharge after a couple days. Not true. Please note that this is a used NiCd battery, and it is normal for such batteries to gradually lose their charge within 2–3 days even when not in use. This level of self-discharge is typical for used NiCd technology and is well-documented in publicly available information. The battery charges and functions as expected, so it is not defective.
