The USPS website shows the package as received by USPS, and a completed delivery to the buyer’s front desk/reception/mail room. None of these USPS reporting metrics are under our control, or anything that we can fake or “mark” as the buyer accuses us of. Unfortunately, this buyer does not know how USPS works. It is USPS who has marked the package as delivered, which, again, is nothing we have control over.
