I've provided sent multiple photos of my laptop charging with a different charger, which works perfectly and this laptop has never had charging problems with any charger. Supplier wastes your time and won't process a refund. Demanding information about the laptop... I've given ample information highlighting that the charger is faulty. Do not recommend seller, will waste your time with untested items. F---
