    Printhead was defective. After opening the bag it was covered in wet grease which was visibly all over the nozzles. The PGBK nozzle was visibly clogged, which was confirmed after I printed. No amount of cleaning cycles would fix it. I reached out to seller but haven’t gotten a response. I wouldn’t trust this shop, and the item was obviously not new if it showed up greasy and clogged
