One thing seller could do to improve is to use a small plastic bag or jewelry box to make it easier to get the items out of the packaging. I had to kinda dig through the bubble wrap to find them. There was also a smoke scent. Not sure what that was from since none of my other packages I received today were like that. Condition was exactly as described. Appearance is as expected. Shiny and clean. Older bubble wrap can do that under certain conditions. Will use factory fresh bubble wrap only from now on. Each charm has been individually sealed in a ziplock plastic bag from Pandora for many years now. Plastic bags are always included and always have been since the charms have always been stored in plastic bags. Plastic bags are always used so not sure what is meant here.
