    The item arrived brand new and sealed as advertised. The label for the item was created and tracking didn't update for ages. Communication with the seller was slow at times, but they rectified the issue eventually. The AU delivery partner was terrible. They threw the item at my door instead of placing it on my doorstep. The CD case was damaged due to this. The seller could have also packaged the item better, there was no bubble wrap or protection. The whole experience was pretty average.
