I also asked for a numpad in a note to the seller, and they kindly told me that the laptop would come with that, and it sure did! Wonderful customer service, and I would absolutely buy from this seller again. Side note: The laptop they gave is a Stone laptop, which i've never heard of before but seems to be a reputable company as described.
