As I suggested in DMs, the seller should consider putting English language “FRAGILE” stickers on shipping boxes when sending to English-speaking countries. However, they gave me a sufficient refund to purchase a replacement faceplate (which was expensive) so ultimately I can’t complain. The customer service was quick and very polite! Thank you again.
