They told me that I was mistaken and I would have to pay the money or wouldn’t receive my item and would lose what money I’ve paid nightmare. Still haven’t received it to try and contact the seller is virtually impossible. I tried every avenue including phoning email for Help. My old machine broke a couple of days ago and I haven’t had a coffee since really not impressed. Very poor service fr
